The whole property
From the roof to the rooms inside
Storm damage rarely stops at one spot. We inspect the roof, the outside of the home and the interior together, so nothing is missed.
Roof
Coverings, flashing, vents, gutters, soffits and fascia.
Exterior
Windows, doors, garage doors, stucco, siding, fences and screen enclosures.
Interior
Ceilings, walls, floors, cabinets and signs of water getting inside.
Could a past storm have caused it?
Wind, hail and heavy rain don’t always leave obvious damage right away. A leak or stain you notice now may trace back to an earlier storm, or it may not. We inspect the property and review your policy and any claim paperwork, so you know where you stand.

Common questions
South Florida storm claim FAQs
Can damage from an earlier storm still show up now?
Sometimes. Wind, hail and heavy rain can loosen roofing or open small gaps that only start leaking later. A whole-property inspection helps sort out storm damage from normal wear and older conditions.
What does the free inspection include?
A licensed public adjuster looks at the whole property: the roof, the outside of the home and the inside. We also review your policy and any claim paperwork you already have.
Does a storm report near me mean my claim is covered?
No. Coverage depends on the cause of loss, your policy terms, exclusions, deductibles, limits and the damage that can be documented. A storm report only shows that weather was reported nearby.
Is there a deadline for a storm claim?
Florida law and your policy set deadlines for reporting a claim and for supplemental claims. We can help you check which dates apply to your loss.
What does it cost?
The inspection and claim review are free. If you choose to have us represent your claim, our fee is set out in a separate written agreement, and there is no fee unless there is a recovery.
